Your Server/Hosting renewal is due
A short, honest note about what happens next, and about a little extra time we have set aside to help you.
Why a server is different
Your website lives on a real server that runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The power, the data centre, the security, and the software licences behind it never pause, so the cost of keeping your site online never pauses either.
Unlike an ordinary subscription you can quietly extend, a server bill falls due on a fixed date, and we settle it with our providers whether or not your renewal has reached us yet. That is why we genuinely cannot offer open-ended extra time once a renewal date has passed. It is not a rule we enjoy. It is simply how live infrastructure works.
Most server and hosting companies anywhere in the world suspend your account the very moment a payment is missed, with no warning and no grace. Aapta is one of the very few that keeps your server online for a full 3-day grace period after your renewal date, at our own cost, purely to give you room to arrange payment. Please treat these three days as the cushion they are meant to be.
If your server has already been paused, or you would like to confirm a payment and reactivate quickly, please reach us straight away:
Thank you for being with Aapta. We would far rather keep your website online than take it down, and once we see your transfer we will restore your server as fast as we can. These few steps let us do exactly that.
