Project commencement

Before starting any project, we would require 25% deposit of the mutually agreed project cost which is non-refundable if the work has already commenced. It might be refunded in case of extreme situations if supported by appropriate circumstantial evidence.

Costs underway

There are a few ongoing costs that are incurred periodically. Mainly it is the annual domain registration and web hosting fee. In case you do not want the continual services of Aapta.in these domains and wish to cancel, you may do so lately 15 days before the renewal date. If not,the cancellation process would not be executed for that year and client will have to pay the renewal fees.

Work Review

You could consistently review the work done by Aapta, but in writing, once a package is completed, we give 7 days to the client to review the work. Post this period, Aapta assumes thatwork has been accepted by the client and is liable to pay us.

Copyrights

Any content that we use on your website, if given you has to be completely owned by you. In case of any conflicts related to copyrights and other patents, Aapta would not be responsible for the same.

Project expenses

Any additional expense incurred by Aapta while executing the project shall be reimbursed by the client. We own complete rights to outsource any part of the work to third party vendor and take complete responsibility of the work and expenses incurred in the same.

Disclaimer

To the complete extent given by law, terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations whether written, intended, statutory or otherwise relating in any way to the services we offer to you are excluded. Without any limitation to the above, to the extent permitted by law, any liability of Aapta under any term, condition, warranty or representation that by law cannot be excluded is, where permitted by law, limited at our option to the replacement, modify or re-work of the services or the payment of the cost of the services that we had undertaken to perform.
