Between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on how decisive you are on naming and logo direction. Most engagements wrap in 3 weeks. The trademark filing itself extends beyond the 4 weeks (filing happens in week 3-4, government examination takes 6-12 months), but the filing receipt and application number are delivered inside the 4-week window.
Even better — we do a trademark pre-check on your existing name, secure the domain portfolio around it, and skip the naming phase entirely. Scope and price stay the same because the saved naming effort gets redirected to deeper logo exploration, richer brand kit, and more branded content. You don't 'lose' anything you don't use.
Indian trademark (IPO) is included as standard. You pick the trademark class based on what your business actually does — we guide you through it in the discovery call. International trademarks (US USPTO, EU EUIPO, UK IPO, Madrid Protocol) are available as add-ons starting from ₹14,999 per jurisdiction.
Up to 4 extensions of your choice — typically .com + .in + two others (.net, .org, .co, .io, .xyz, country-specific TLDs, etc.). Domain registration fees for standard extensions are included in the package price. Premium domains (pre-owned, auction, over $100 list price) can be added at cost if available.
Yes. Additional domains are passed through at registrar cost plus a small handling fee. Most clients stick with 4 — we'll tell you honestly which extra extensions are worth defending and which are noise for your market.
Completely. All IP transfers to you on final delivery — source files (AI, PSD, SVG, Figma), brand kit documentation, and the trademark filing is in your name, not ours. You get the original working files, not just flattened PNGs.
We present 3 initial concepts in week 2, then iterate based on your feedback. Two rounds of revisions on the chosen concept are included. If after those rounds you still aren't happy, we'll do a complete reset with a new designer — no extra charge. We haven't had to do this often.

₹1,24,999 + 18% GST (₹1,47,498 total) is the complete package price for Indian clients. No hidden add-ons for what's listed. Optional add-ons we'll quote separately if you want them: international trademarks, additional logos for sub-brands, more than 4 domains, video brand reveal, pitch deck full design (beyond the cover), or custom icon sets.
Yes. Package is the same but priced at $1,499 + applicable taxes for USD clients and £1,199 + VAT for UK clients. Indian trademark is replaced by USPTO or UK IPO filing respectively (EU / Madrid available as add-ons). Delivery timeline unchanged. We communicate on Slack, email, or Zoom in your timezone.
