Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction

When and how you can get a refund for services purchased from Aapta™ Solutions — what's refundable, what's not, and how to ask.

01Recurring Services (Hosting, Maintenance, SEO)

You may cancel any recurring service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you continue to receive the service until then.

Refunds for the current billing period are available within the first 7 days of the billing cycle. After 7 days, no pro-rata refund is issued, but you retain access until the period ends.

Annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund minus any usage costs incurred. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of the term.

02Custom Projects (Web Development, Design, Apps)

Custom projects require an upfront deposit (typically 30-50%) before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once the project has commenced and initial work has been delivered.

If you cancel a project mid-way, you are billed for all completed work at our standard hourly rate. Any amount paid in excess of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.

If Aapta™ is unable to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe (as defined in the project agreement), you are entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

03One-Time Services (Audits, Consultations)

One-time services such as SEO audits, security audits, or consulting sessions are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or session.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered one-time service, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either redo the work or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

04Domain & Third-Party Services

Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable, as these involve costs paid to external providers that cannot be recovered.

If a third-party service fails to function as described, we will assist you in obtaining a refund directly from the provider.

05How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund request. Include your registered phone number for verification.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

Razorpay processing times may add an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

06Exceptions

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client, or for services where the client has breached our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or in bad faith.

07Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected]. We will review the case and respond within 7 business days.

For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay directly or raise a chargeback with your payment provider. We cooperate fully with all legitimate dispute resolution processes.
