"Aapta™", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Aapta™ Solutions, operating from Bangalore & Hyderabad, India, with offices in USA and UK.

"Client", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses our website, purchases services, or uses our client dashboard.

"Services" refers to all digital services offered by Aapta™ including but not limited to web development, WordPress maintenance, cloud hosting, SEO, digital marketing, consulting, and related offerings.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe the terms are being violated.

All orders placed through our website or client dashboard require phone verification via OTP. Pricing is displayed in your local currency (INR, USD, or GBP) based on your location.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payment methods. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO), billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel recurring services at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Delivery timelines vary by service and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We make every effort to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee exact dates due to the nature of custom development work.

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals required for project completion. Delays caused by incomplete client input may extend delivery timelines.

All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Aapta™ until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to the client dashboard requires registration with a verified phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The dashboard provides access to project tracking, invoice management, service orders, and support tickets. We reserve the right to modify dashboard features at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on the Aapta™ website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Aapta™ Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Aapta™ is a trademark of Aapta™ Solutions. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, trade names, or branding is strictly prohibited.

Client-owned content (logos, text, images) provided to us for project use remains the property of the client. We may use completed project screenshots in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

Aapta™ Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. While we maintain 99.9% uptime targets for hosting services, scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For international clients, we make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will notify active clients via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
