Your data, your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance — under India’s DPDP Act, the EU/UK GDPR, California’s CCPA/CPRA and similar laws. We extend these rights to everyone, wherever you are.

Make a request
Tell us what you’d like and we’ll handle it within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so nobody else can act on your data.
01The rights you have
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
Correction
Ask us to fix data that's wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
Erasure / deletion
Ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent.
Withdraw consent
Turn off analytics, advertising or marketing at any time — as easily as you turned them on (via the cookie icon, or here).
Portability
Receive the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format (GDPR).
Object / restrict
Object to, or ask us to pause, certain processing (GDPR).
No sale of your data
We do not sell or 'share' your personal data for cross-context advertising (CCPA/CPRA). There's nothing to opt out of — but you can still restrict advertising cookies.
Grievance & nomination
Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and nominate someone to exercise your rights if you're unable to (DPDP).
No retaliation
We'll never deny service or treat you differently for exercising a right (CCPA).
02Which laws apply
We honour these requests under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), the EU and UK GDPR, California’s CCPA/CPRA, Brazil’s LGPD, and similar laws. Rather than treat people differently by location, we offer the same core rights to every visitor and customer.
03How we verify & how long it takes
To stop anyone from misusing these requests, we verify that you are who you say you are before we act — usually by confirming you control the email address on the account. We respond within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex we may tell you we need a little longer, as the law allows.
04What “delete” really means
When you ask us to delete your data, we erase your personal data from our systems — except the limited records we’re legally required to keep, such as paid invoices for tax and accounting, or security logs. We’ll tell you if anything has to be retained and why.
05Grievance Officer & escalation
Our Grievance Officer handles data-protection complaints. Reach them at [email protected] (Aapta™ Solutions, Bangalore & Hyderabad, India).
If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India(under the DPDP Act) or, if you’re in the EU/UK, your local data-protection supervisory authority.
