Christy is a growth consultant and operations strategist with 7+ years of experience helping businesses build the systems that make growth repeatable. She joined Aapta as a Digital Partner focused on Growth & Partnerships — matching clients to the right services, then building the AI and automation layer that keeps growth from plateauing.

Currently Director of Operations at Xtale, she leads data-driven campaign design, CRM optimisation, and the systems that let teams grow without growing the payroll. In parallel, she's consulted independently for over six years — streamlining marketing ops, mapping customer journeys end-to-end, and building automation that replaces the work nobody has time for.

Her work reaches beyond pure growth. As an IB PYP Facilitator at Hiranandani Upscale School, she teaches kids the same skill she uses with clients: turn messy systems into clear ones. She's also worked on sales and marketing strategy for life-sciences clients — including projects alongside Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA — so the “AI for business” pitch isn't theoretical for her.
