Your ongoing technology partner for websites, web apps and automation.
Keep your business systems running, improve what’s slowing you down, and reduce repetitive work — with a clearly scoped monthly plan led by Dharmendra Asimi.

Building for businesses since 2007 — nearly two decades of websites, web apps and automation across India, the USA and the UK, led personally by the founder.
Who this is for
A partnership makes sense when one of these is true:
Your website or app needs ongoing improvements, but nobody owns the backlog.
Your team loses time moving information between tools, or on repetitive admin.
You manage several technical vendors and want clearer ownership and costs.
What the partnership covers
Three things, every month — within a capacity we agree up front.
Maintain
Agreed website and app support — updates, monitoring, uptime and backup checks — so the systems your business runs on keep running.
Improve
Prioritised fixes, features, integrations and usability improvements — a backlog someone finally owns and moves forward every month.
Automate
Selected workflows — enquiry routing, CRM updates, reporting or document processing — to take repetitive work off your team.
The exact systems, deliverables and monthly capacity are agreed before any work starts. This isn’t unlimited support — it’s a focused, predictable plan where you always know what’s included.
Real work, real results
We’d rather show one verified project than invent numbers.
The Platos School — a site that performs like their pedagogy
Hyderabad preschool · WordPress → Next.js on Cloudflare
Their WordPress brochure site was slow and carried 12+ plugins to maintain. We rebuilt it as a static-exported Next.js 16 site on Cloudflare Pages — faster, safer, and with nothing to patch every quarter.
More client work
We publish new case studies as projects wrap — see the full set, or ask us for references relevant to your situation on the fit call.
See all case studiesWhat the first 30 days look like
A calm, structured start — timing depends on access and complexity, and we won’t promise a full rebuild in month one.
Review
We review the agreed systems, access, risks and your business priorities.
Baseline
We establish the maintenance baseline and a prioritised improvement list.
First delivery
We ship the first agreed improvement or automation within the scoped capacity.
Review & plan
We review progress together and plan the next month.
Technology Partnership
Every partnership includes an agreed set of systems we maintain, a monthly delivery allowance for improvements and automation, a regular working cadence, a support channel, and a monthly progress report. We confirm the exact systems, hours and cadence with you during onboarding — based on your needs and our current capacity.
- — Major rebuilds or redesigns
- — Large data migrations
- — Third-party software, API or hosting charges
- — Any work outside the agreed scope
Anything larger is quoted and approved in advance, before we start.
Minimum term, notice period and any one-time onboarding fee are confirmed in writing on your fit call — nothing you haven’t seen.

Led by Dharmendra Asimi
I’ve been building for businesses since 2007. On every partnership I personally own the parts that decide whether it works: the architecture, what we prioritise each month, and the quality of what ships.
A trusted team handles execution alongside me — development, maintenance and automation — so you get senior judgement and steady delivery, not one or the other.
More about me and AaptaQuestions, answered
What can US$2,000 cover?+
A baseline of maintenance for an agreed set of systems, plus a fixed monthly allowance of improvement or automation work. We confirm exactly how much delivery that buys during onboarding, based on your systems and our current capacity — no vague 'unlimited' promises.
Can you support our existing stack?+
Usually, yes. We work day-to-day with WordPress / WooCommerce, Next.js & React, Node, Firebase and common cloud hosting. We review your stack on the fit call and tell you honestly if it's a good match before anything starts.
Is a brand-new app build included?+
No. The partnership maintains, improves and automates systems you already have. A full new build is a separate, scoped project — we're happy to quote that on its own.
Who owns the code and accounts?+
You do. We work inside your repositories and accounts, and everything stays with you. If we ever part ways, there's nothing to untangle.
How do you handle access and security?+
Least-privilege access to your own accounts, following your security practices. We're glad to sign an NDA, and we never store credentials or client data beyond what a task needs.
What if we need more capacity?+
We agree any extra scope with you in advance — either by expanding the plan or quoting the extra work separately. You approve it before we start, so a bill never surprises you.
What are the contract and cancellation terms?+
We confirm the minimum term, notice period and any one-time onboarding fee on your fit call — in writing, before you commit. No long lock-ins hidden in the fine print.
